Ruud supports its equipment with strong warranties and reliable, professional service. The scroll compressor in Ruud RQKJ Achiever Series Package Heat Pump model is backed by a 5-year limited warranty. The indoor coil and outdoor condenser coil are backed by a five-year limited warranty against leaks caused by factory defects. All other parts also have a five-year limited warranty.
