To prevent loss of efficiency due to coil damage, the coil is protected by an offset, specially coated wire grille. The coil itself is made of long-lasting copper tubing and aluminum fin stock. The tough galvanized steel cabinet goes through a triple-step paint process to add weather resistance. A redesign of the internal system gives you another advantage: clearance at only 6 inches for neater installation. And the soft neutral color complements your home and landscape.

Achieve optimum performance.

 A central air conditioning system consists of a condensing unit and an evaporator coil. The condensing unit compresses and cools refrigerant gas before sending it to the evaporator coil. A blower passes air over the supercooled coil, cooling the air. This cool air is then circulated through ducts in your home. A "split system" air conditioning setup places the condensing unit outside your home and the evaporator coil inside. Both components must be properly sized and matched to achieve optimum performance.
